How to View and Manage My Profile

The My Profile section in XandaPay Enterprize allows clients to view their company and contact information associated with their Customer Self-Service account. This section provides a clear overview of key business details used for invoicing, communication, and account management.

Step 1: Access the My Profile Page

  • Log in to your XandaPay Enterprize – CustomerSelfService portal.
  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click My Profile.
  • The My Profile page will open, displaying your company information.

Step 2: Review Company Information

The Company Information panel displays the details linked to your account, including:

  • Company Name – The registered name of your organization.
  • Email – The primary contact email used for communication.
  • Phone – The main contact number for your company.
  • Currency – The default currency used for billing and transactions.
  • Description – A brief description of your company (if applicable).
  • Address – The physical or mailing address associated with your account.

These details are used across invoices, statements, and official communications.


Step 3: Understand Edit Permissions

  • Some fields may be view-only, depending on your account setup.
  • If you need to update restricted information, contact your system administrator or support team.

Step 4: Return to the Dashboard

  • Click the Back to Dashboard button located at the bottom of the page.
  • You will be redirected to the CustomerSelfService Dashboard.
