Use the MY TRANSACTIONS page to review account activity for yourself and your students. This page brings assignments, payments, purchases, and returned credits into one searchable history, making it easier to understand where funds came from, where they were used, and which transactions still need attention.

The instructions below explain how to open the page, search and filter the transaction list, and interpret each transaction type. Transaction records can include dates, amounts, student names, notes, descriptions, order numbers, and statuses, so the page can also help you locate a specific payment or purchase when you need more detail.

- Enter a transaction type, amount, date, or other relevant search term.
- Review the matching results in the transaction list.

## Understand transaction types

{marker\_11}Now let's look at the transaction types. Here, you can see that there are several types. Each type identifies how credits moved between accounts or how funds were used.

- **ASSIGN**: An assign transaction occurs when credits are allocated or transferred from the parent account to a student account.
- **MANUAL LOAD**: A manual load appears when a payment is made at the office. The payment updates the applicable account and is recorded with this transaction type.
- **ONLINE LOAD**: An online load appears when funds are added online through the **LOAD FUNDS** function using a credit card.
- **PURCHASE**: A purchase is recorded whenever you make and pay for a purchase on behalf of your child or student.
- **REALLOCATE**: A reallocate transaction records credits transferred from a student account back to the parent account.

## Review assigned credits

Start by filtering for **ASSIGN**.In the example, three assignment transactions appear on different dates, with amounts of $205 and $10. One transaction also includes a note, which can provide additional context about why the credits were assigned.

- Select **ASSIGN** in the transaction type filter.
- Check the date and amount for each assignment.
- Review any note shown with the transaction to understand the purpose of the credit transfer.
- Confirm the student associated with the assignment when the record includes a student name.

## Review manual and online loads

For manual loads, the example shows two transactions: $200 and $275. On January 4, a $200 manual load was made directly to the parent account. On January 5, a $275 manual load was made directly to the student account, which is why the student name appearshere. Next, welook at online loads.Several online transactions were made through **LOAD FUNDS** with a credit card, ranging from $20 to $25.

- Select **MANUAL LOAD** to review payments made at the office.
- Check whether the load was applied to the parent account or directly to a student account.
- Select **ONLINE LOAD** to review credit-card payments made through **LOAD FUNDS**.
- Check the status of each online load. Some transactions may be pending, accepted, or canceled.

All online load records are shown, regardless of whether they were successful ornot. This makes the page useful for investigating attempted payments as well as completed ones.

## Review purchases and reallocations

Next, review purchases made on behalf of a student. The example includes a $100 purchase on January 4 and a $5.50 purchase on August 24.The description includes the order number, which can be helpful when matching the transaction to an order or requesting support.

- Select **PURCHASE** to view student purchases.
- Compare the purchase date and amount with the order you are trying to locate.
- Use the order number in the description to identify the related purchase record.

Finally, select **REALLOCATE** to view credits returned from a student account to the parent account. In the example, $2 was transferred back on August 21 and $10 was transferred back on August 24. Reviewing these records confirms when unused student credits have been moved back to the parent balance.

- Select **REALLOCATE** in the transaction type filter.
- Review the date and amount of each returned credit transaction.
- Confirm that the transaction reflects a transfer from the student account back to the parent account.
