This article explains what information appears on the page, how multiple students are displayed, and what you can expect to see when another parent or guardian also assigns credits to a child.

## Review the Student Summary

Open the **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT** page to view a summary of the student and the credits assigned to that student. The page is designed to give you a straightforward overview of the credits available through your account.

- Select **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT** to access the student credit summary.
- Review the student information shown on the page.
- Check the credits assigned to the student through your account.

The assigned credit amount helps you understand what has been allocated to the student. This summary is especially useful when you need to confirm that credits have been assigned correctly before the student uses them.

## View Multiple Students

If you have more than one student or child associated with your account, the **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT** page displays each student separately. Rather than combining all students into one total, the page shows an individual row for each child and the credits assigned to that child.

- Open **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT** to view all students associated with your account.
- Locate the row for each student or child.
- Review the assigned credits shown in each student's row.
- Compare rows to confirm that each child has the appropriate assigned credit amount.

Each row represents one student, making it easier to distinguish between children and review their assigned credits individually. This is helpful for families that manage credits differently for each student.

## Understand Shared Parent or Guardian Information

In a co-parenting situation, or when another parent or guardian is connected to the child, the page may show information about that additional parent or guardian. You can see that the other parent or guardian has assigned credits to the child, along with the amount assigned.

- Review the child's row on **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT**.
- Check whether another parent or guardian is listed for that child.
- Review the credit amount that the listed parent or guardian has assigned to the child.

The information shown is limited to credits assigned to the child. You can see the amount that another parent or guardian assigned, but you cannot see the total amount of credits held in that other parent's or guardian's account. This protects the privacy of each account while still providing visibility into credits assigned directly to the student.

## Use the Page as a Credit Overview

The **MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT** page is intended to serve as a concise account overview. It helps you identify each student, review the credits you have assigned, and understand any credits assigned by another connected parent or guardian.

- Use the page to confirm the credits assigned to each child.
- Use individual student rows to keep credit information organized when multiple children are listed.
- Use parent or guardian details to understand credits assigned to a child by another connected account.
- Remember that other parents' or guardians' full account balances are not displayed.

By reviewing this page regularly, you can stay informed about the credits assigned to each student while respecting the account privacy of other parents and guardians.
