# Loading Funds to Your Account

This guide explains how to add money to your Parent Self-Service account, choose a top-up amount, and complete payment securely using a card. Loading funds increases the balance available in your account so you can manage future purchases or services for your child.

Before you begin, make sure you can access the Parent Self-Service dashboard and have your payment card available. The balance shown during this process may include both funds in your primary parent account and money assigned to your child that has not yet been used.

## Open the Load Funds Page

Start from the Parent Self-Service dashboard. This is the main area where you can review account information, including your available balance and any funds connected to your child.

- Locate the **LOAD FUNDS** button on the dashboard.
- Click the **LOAD FUNDS** button.
- Review the balance summary displayed on the page before selecting a top-up amount.

The balance summary provides a quick view of the money currently available across your account. For example, a displayed balance of $392.50 can include money held in your primary parent account as well as funds you previously assigned to your child but that have not yet been utilized. Reviewing this amount helps you understand how the selected top-up will change your total balance.

## Select a Top-Up Amount

After opening the loading page, use the Select Amount interface to choose how much money to add. Available values may vary by organization or account configuration. In this example, the pre-selected amounts range from $20 to $200 and increase in $5 increments.

- Review the available amount options in the **SELECT AMOUNT** area.
- Select the amount you want to add to your account.
- For this example, select $20.
- Confirm that the amount you selected is correct before continuing.
- Click **PROCEED TO PAYMENT**.

Choosing a pre-set amount is a quick way to top up your balance. Take a moment to verify the selected value, especially if you manage funds for more than one child or are planning for upcoming purchases. The payment page will use the amount selected here for the transaction.

## Enter Your Payment Details

The payment screen lets you choose the type of card you are using and provide the information required to process the payment. Enter the card details carefully and make sure they match the information held by your card provider.

- Choose your card type in the **CARD TYPE** field.
- Enter your card details in the required payment fields.
- Check the card number, expiry date, security code, and any other requested information for accuracy.
- Click **NEXT** to review or continue with the payment.
- Click **PAY** to submit the transaction.

Depending on your bank or card provider, you may be asked to complete an additional security check, such as approving the purchase in a banking app or entering a one-time verification code. Follow any on-screen instructions from your payment provider to authorize the transaction. Do not close the page while the payment is being processed.

## Confirm the Updated Balance

After the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation message appears. This indicates that the transaction has been accepted and that the funds have been added to your account.

- Review the confirmation message to verify that the payment was successful.
- Click **RETURN TO WEBSITE** to go back to Parent Self-Service.
- Check the account balance shown on the dashboard.

Your updated balance should reflect the amount you added. For example, if your previous balance was $392.50 and you loaded $20, the new balance will be $412.50. This updated total may continue to include both your primary parent balance and any unused funds assigned to your child.

If the balance does not update immediately, refresh the dashboard after a short wait and check that you received the payment confirmation. If you do not see a confirmation or the transaction appears unsuccessful, avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly until you have checked your payment status with the relevant support team or card provider.

## What to Remember

Loading funds is completed in three main stages: open the loading page from the dashboard, select the amount to add, and submit payment using your card. Always review the current balance, selected amount, and entered payment details before completing the transaction. Once payment is confirmed, return to the website and verify that the new balance is available in your account
